Summary
Join Tide as the Head of Sales (Head of Member Success) to lead a high-performing sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure effective delivery of Tide's subscription and value-added products. This role requires a proven track record in leading sales teams, strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams in a telesales environment
- Strong sales leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent
- In-depth understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive performance
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with Tide's overall business objectives
- Set clear performance metrics, track team performance, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and sales productivity
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Foster a strong customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring members receive exceptional service and support
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, optimise sales processes, and inform decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, BI, member support) to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic sales team of 60+ members and sub-management, ensuring seamless execution across a diverse product portfolio
- Lead initiatives focused on maximizing revenue growth, profitability, and the financial health of the sales funnels
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and professional development programs to expand and strengthen the sales team, ensuring scalability and sustained success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is preferred
- A deep understanding of the small business market and its challenges
