Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate customer disputes and complaints to determine their validity and the appropriate course of action
  • Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, gathering all necessary information and evidence
  • Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather additional information and ensure timely resolution of disputes
  • Escalate complex disputes to senior management or legal counsel as needed and assist in the development of strategies for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes
