Requirements
- 2+ yearsβ experience in Document Management, preferably within the construction or technology industry
- Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and related document management tools
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders, including executives, project owners, and key decision-makers
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to workflow optimization
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the document management plan, ensuring proper classification, organization, storage, and version control with comprehensive revision tracking
- Facilitate the document review and approval process, ensuring timely stakeholder involvement, and manage access controls to protect sensitive documents according to project roles
- Act as the primary liaison for high-level stakeholders, including project executives, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and document accessibility
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, and address non-compliance issues promptly
- Provide training and ongoing support for document control procedures, optimize workflows for efficiency, and coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth document handling
- Develop and enforce document retention policies, ensure proper archiving and disposal, and serve as the primary point of contact for document control matters, facilitating communication with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
- Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
- Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
- Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
