Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Technical Writer, Developer Experience Engineer, or related role
- Proven track record of creating impactful documentation
- Knowledge of frontend tools such as TypeScript, Next.js, and Vercel
- Proficiency in MDX, Markdown, and Git workflows
Responsibilities
- Develop and update technical documentation, focusing on Vercel's tools, libraries, and APIs
- Act as customer zero, ensuring our documentation meets the reader's needs and enhances their experience using our products
- Review and refine documentation and code examples for clarity and adherence to our style guide
- Proactively maintain and improve the documentation sites
- Manage your projects in coordination with the team, adhering to deadlines and contributing to our documentation strategy
- Embrace new products and processes, sharing knowledge and driving documentation quality and innovation
