Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant

Summary

The job is for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional consultant at Long View's Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch. The role involves supporting the D365 Customer Engagement portfolio, aligning with clients to build long-term relationships, analyzing complex requirements, and ensuring technology designs and implementations solve client requirements and challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• 3+ + years of industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar
• Demonstrated experience with Agile Frameworks
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
• Proven expertise with Dataverse and the Power Platform
• Experience extending Dynamics 365 solutions utilizing Power Platform
• Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations

Responsibilities

• Support D365 Customer Engagement portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders, defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements
• Align with clients to build long term relationships that further business value for both the client and Long View
• Analyze complex requirements and implement D365 solutions that are aligned with industry-accepted best practices
• Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product suite
• Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges
• Follow Agile best practices using DevOps including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci

• $70,000 - $90,000 a year plus 10% Variable earnings
