Remote Enterprise Account Manager

Summary

The job is for an Enterprise Account Manager based in London at Contentsquare, driving new business sales within existing accounts. The role involves expanding revenue from current customers, creating and developing relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with various teams, and selling into Marketing, Product, and Technical teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) and account manager, with relevant enterprise SaaS experience
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
• Ability to develop relationships and build trust quickly and effectively
• Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite at leading enterprise companies

Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities to expand revenue from current customers through understanding long-term strategic goals
• Take full ownership of accounts and contract renewals, while creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Create and develop relationships across stakeholders in Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Analytics and Data functions
• Establish and navigate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
• Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships
• Collaborate with our UK and global teams across Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers

Experience with MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, Value Engagement Summary, Command of the Message
