Summary

Paired Recruiting is seeking an E-Commerce Administrator to join a dynamic team of a premier beauty company that specializes in smart beauty tools and skincare products. The role involves assisting with product setup, data collection, ad-hoc reporting, making changes within ad accounts, and building landing pages (if required).

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Nordstrom, Ulta, and Sephora
• Ability to learn the company's SKUs and understand the nuances of the business operations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with product setup with retailers and update Google Sheets daily
• Collect data from various platforms (Shopify, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) and enter the data into different reports
• Download reports from retailers (Amazon, Nordstrom, Ulta, Sephora, etc.) and consolidate data into standardized Google Sheet reports for the data admin
• Perform ad-hoc reporting by analyzing data from Shopify, overlaying category data in Excel, and providing summary reports
• Make changes within ad accounts, upload content, and upload details to retailers to set up new SKUs
• (If required) Build landing pages in Replo

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of advertising platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads is a plus
