Remote Financial Business Partner

Summary

Join our team as a Financial Business Partner to assist stakeholders with financial issues and strengthen our controlling team. You will provide financial insights, ensure data quality, and drive company-wide projects.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Bring at least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Controlling or FP&A, ideally in a consulting company with focus in the Retail or Consumer Goods sector, or in an internationally oriented e-commerce company, and have solid experience in cost controlling and personnel expenses
• Implement quickly and develop faster, always with the ambition of meeting the needs of the company in the best possible way
• Love interacting with diverse stakeholders and sharing your financial knowledge
• Never stand still. You define the most pressing topics easily and are able to kick-start any project quickly by yourself. A hands-on, 80/20 mentality completes your profile
• Fully proficient in English, German is a nice to have

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights to stakeholders as financial business partner for our support functions (Finance, Legal, Strategy & People and Culture)
• Ensure the quality, informative value and consistency of the prepared data as basis for business decisions
• Responsible for company-wide projects and apply a 360 degree business mindset
• Act as a sparring partner, have cross-functional exchange and inspire with your can-do mentality
• Have profound knowledge of planning & reporting processes to achieve a higher efficiency
• Responsible to build up & present new reports & bringing up own ideas to generate new financial insights for our managers and Execs
