Summary

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on the D2C industry, identifying key trends, growth patterns, and historical context
  • Identify and analyze top D2C brands across various categories, studying their market positioning, unique value propositions, and target audiences
  • Collect and evaluate data on brand strategies, including marketing, product assortment, pricing, and historical development
  • Examine brands' digital marketing efforts, social media presence, website functionality, and customer feedback across multiple platforms
  • Manage affiliate sample requests efficiently, ensuring proper tracking and processing across marketplaces
  • Participate in managing customer reviews and contributing to projects that enhance the online shopping experience
  • Assist in coordinating various marketing campaigns, from voucher distributions to flash sales, to ensure strategic alignment and execution
  • Oversee financial transactions, including the initiation and tracking of payment requests, with a focus on accuracy and detail
  • Handle shipment logistics, including managing packing lists and creating Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) for seamless delivery processes
  • Compile the research and analysis into comprehensive reports, providing insights, trends, and actionable recommendations
  • Present findings to the team and stakeholders, effectively communicating key insights and strategic advice for decision-making
