Summary
Join our team as an E-Commerce Analyst Intern and play a vital role in supporting our e-commerce operations and strategic initiatives. You will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and affiliate marketing support. Responsibilities include managing sample approvals for affiliates, tracking affiliate performance, and updating KPI dashboards. You will also assist with logistics, marketing campaigns, and partner collaborations. This internship offers valuable experience in e-commerce, data analysis, and marketing.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for both new and existing brands
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis, evaluating their online presence, product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing activities
- Research and analyze competitor advertising (ads peg research) to identify best practices and inform our own strategies
- Identify and reach out to targeted affiliate partners to expand our reach and drive sales
- Manage the process of sample approvals for affiliates, ensuring timely and efficient distribution
- Assist in tracking affiliate performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Regularly update and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, including commercial performance, days of inventory, and affiliate metrics
- Contribute to the analysis of data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Provide assistance with logistics-related tasks, particularly in the area of importation, helping to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a focus on partnerships and collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Assist in the coordination and communication with external partners
