  • Utilize Helium10 tools, including Cerebro and Magnet, to create comprehensive reports
  • Monitor account performance and address alerts related to shipping delays, suppressed listings, and other issues
  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to Amazon messages, emails, Walmart inquiries, and social media comments
  • Process orders and returns efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Respond to negative feedback and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Open and resolve cases and tickets for listing-related issues
  • Follow up on Amazon FBA returns to ensure resolution
  • Develop and post engaging content on Amazon to drive traffic and sales
  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes
  • Manage merchandising and listing optimization for all products
  • Develop Amazon shipping templates to enhance shipping efficiency
