Influencer Marketing Intern

Summary

The job is for an Influencer Marketing Intern at Upfluence, a SaaS marketing software company. The intern will be responsible for editorial monitoring, strategic planning, project management, budget optimization, campaign setup, and team improvement. The ideal candidate has a university degree, previous digital marketing experience, excellent French writing skills, basic English proficiency, knowledge of the industry, curiosity, good listening skills, teamwork, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Holds a university degree (university, business school with e-Business / e-Commerce / e-Marketing or communication school), finishing a Master 2 and looking for a final year internship
• Ideally has successful previous experience in the digital marketing field
• Interested in the web, with a particular attraction to influence marketing
• Has excellent French writing skills and good oral communication skills
• Has basic English proficiency and comfortable with written and oral communication in English
• Knows the industry, including brands, agencies, influencers, and platforms
• Is curious, autonomous, enjoys overcoming challenges, and finding solutions
• Has good listening skills and communication sense
• Is motivated and sociable, enjoys teamwork and client relations

Responsibilities

• Assure editorial monitoring and share new information about the influence and digital industry
• Participate in strategic thinking for planning influencer marketing campaigns
• Manage projects with different clients: identify influencers, manage relationships with talent agencies, briefing, content production coordination, editorial monitoring, analyze results, and make recommendations
• Optimize and manage budgets allocated to campaigns
• Set up traffic management campaigns: amplification, retargeting, etc
• Work on commercial proposals with a strategic approach to meet client expectations and needs
• Show self-criticism to improve work and team performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in web project management is highly appreciated
• Mastery of web G Suite, social media amplification, and analytics is appreciated
