Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience managing or building e-commerce stores
  • Profound understanding of launching and scaling e-commerce businesses
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technology
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive strategic decision-making
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (You must be fluent in English, although English doesn't have to be your native language)

Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of our new e-commerce store as a whole
  • Identify the purpose, target market, niche, and products for our new e-commerce store
  • Plan our e-commerce store’s strategy to align with our business objectives
  • Lead the development of our online store strategy, from conception to implementation
  • Build and maintain the needed infrastructure and establishing connections with distributors, suppliers, partners, logistics, and support staff required for the store
  • Oversee all aspects of the online store’s operations, including product selection, inventory management, and customer service
  • Oversee the testing of our marketing services for proof of concept and boosting revenue
  • Scale the e-commerce business by identifying opportunities for expansion and growth
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the store’s performance
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices
  • Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with our internal teams (including management, R&D, sales representatives, account managers, account managers’ associates, copywriters, and designers)
