Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives E-Commerce

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a highly analytical or a consulting role for an omni channel brand
• At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership
• Structures ambiguous problems
• Applies critical problem-solving skills by breaking issues apart and formulating hypotheses. Creates analytical work streams to prove or disprove hypotheses
• Synthesizes clear takeaways from complex information and formulates recommendations and action plans, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Must be naturally curious. And resourceful
• Experience leading budgeting exercises
• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce / marketing technology
• At least 3 years of experience contributing to financial decisions
• Experience driving product roadmaps
• Understand demand forecasting
• Experience driving growth through paid channels

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams during project phases from ideation, discovery, business requirements gathering through completion
• Create ROI models for new projects
• Assist in driving long term strategy based on business needs
• Ensure SOW is delivered as outlined for special projects
• Identify issues impacting the success of projects, provide solutions to help mitigate risk
• Communicate KPIs – status, risk, success of strategic projects across teams
• Be the point of contact with strategic partners
• Provide topline weekly business insights
