Summary

Join Aptos Labs as their Ecosystem Marketing Manager for the US! Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Web3 marketing, with a strong focus on crypto-specific content and copywriting
  • Proven experience in building and executing ecosystem GTM strategies
  • Demonstrated success in producing high-quality content tailored for Web3 audiences, including editorial, blog posts, social media, and thought leadership pieces
  • Strong relationships with crypto-native media, influencers, and community leaders in the US
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and executing complex marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy tailored for the US market
  • Align with Aptos leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns and initiatives that elevate Aptos’ ecosystem presence
  • Develop and distribute crypto-specific content and marketing copy that enhances Aptos’ industry leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build out an editorial newsroom covering ecosystem happenings, projects, and industry trends
  • Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with ecosystem partners, investors, and Web3 influencers in the US
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for collaboration with other blockchain enterprises and networks
  • Identify, develop, and optimize new channels for ecosystem expansion, ensuring scalability
  • Manage channel partnerships to drive adoption and engagement
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and key ecosystem movements to inform strategy
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, refining approaches for impact
