Aethir. is seeking an Enterprise AI Ecosystem Manager to cultivate a thriving ecosystem for their high-performance computing solutions, driving adoption through strategic investments, partnerships, and marketplace development. The role involves connecting Aethir with key players in the AI ecosystem, developing strategies for Web2 and Web3 landscapes, managing investment and partnerships, leading marketplace development, building communities, and collaborating on integration tool development.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a business development or partnership management role within the technology sector, preferably with a focus on AI or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of the current Enterprise AI landscape and its evolving trends
• Emerging knowledge of Web3 concepts, DAOs, and their potential impact on AI development and investment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to foster collaboration and drive adoption of Aethir's solutions across Web2 and Web3 landscapes
• Conduct market research to identify promising startups, established AI enterprises, and relevant DAOs within the Web3 space
• Develop a comprehensive ecosystem strategy for Aethir's solutions
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in Web3, particularly those related to DePIN and DeAI
• Oversee Foundation/Dao investment strategies for AI enterprises
• Develop and manage partnership programs with startups and established AI enterprises
• Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial agreements with ecosystem partners
• Lead the development and implementation of a user-friendly marketplace for AI and machine learning services
• Identify and onboard leading AI/ML service providers to the marketplace
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate Aethir's platform seamlessly with marketplace functionalities
• Support industry events and conferences to promote Aethir's solutions
• Develop and nurture a vibrant online community around Aethir
• Cultivate a strong brand identity for Aethir within the Web2 and Web3 communities
• Collaborate with the engineering team (and 3rd parties) to develop or identify tools that simplify integration of Aethir's GPU platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing online communities (a plus)
• Experience working with startups and fostering innovation within the AI space
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and development tools
• Passionate about the potential of AI and its impact on various industries
