Requirements

• Ownership mentality; you are the sole owner of your vision and initiatives and will do what is required to ensure success
• Strong hands-on development experience
• Highly organized, with an ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time without sacrificing quality/nuance
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and inspire a team of advocates to support developers effectively
• Oversee the developer advocacy team and their efforts
• Ensure a streamlined platform experience for developers
• Provide valuable insights to internal teams for ongoing enhancements
• Represent Circle at industry events, fostering relationships and increasing visibility in the developer ecosystem
