Join Marpai Administrators, a technology company transforming the Third-Party Administration sector, as an EDI Developer. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in developing EDI solutions in the healthcare industry, specifically with X12 834 and 837 transactions
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data extraction, and manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with Java and .NET development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, HIPAA compliance, and related regulations
  • Experience with EDI mapping tools and transaction validation

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain EDI solutions for X12 transactions (e.g., 834, 837)
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and support integrations between various internal and external systems using Java and .NET frameworks
  • Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support data processing and reporting needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data exchanges
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure system compatibility and data consistency
  • Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of system modifications
  • Monitor EDI transaction processing and address errors promptly
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new solutions
  • Remain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expert
  • Other duties as required
