Summary
Join Working Solutions as a full-time, virtual Instructor, designing curriculum and preparing agents for virtual call center client programs. You will thoroughly understand client business and project requirements, developing virtual preparation materials. Responsibilities include preparing agents, assisting contract instructors, aiding in agent scheduling, providing additional preparation, answering questions, and documenting processes. Reporting to the Director of Agent Development, you will contribute to the growth and success of Working Solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, teaching experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with computer systems. Requirements
- To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX, WI
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment
- All of our Instructors possess a Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education
- Teaching experience is essential – We love to see experience teaching children and creating curriculum (virtual experience is not a requirement, but a plus)
- Teaching is a requirement for consideration
- Working from home requires organization and independently driven individuals
- Instructors are highly motivated and able to learn and communicate lots of information
- If you’re able to successfully prioritize moving at lightning speed this is a great opportunity
- Also, it’s all about the details, so being able to multitask without accuracy or quality suffering is key!
- Working virtually requires excellent computer skills…your computer will be your best friend!
- We use numerous teaching tools and programs, so instructors need to be open to new learning these systems quickly

Responsibilities
- Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Agents for quality project work, to contribute to the growth and success of Working Solutions
- Complete research and/or training necessary to thoroughly understand the client’s business and project requirements
- Meet with clients to determine preparation needs
- Review and modify project documentation provided by client to fit virtual preparation methods and time-frames
- Develop virtual preparation materials based on this documentation, with guidance from Director of Agent Development
- Prepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing specific project/client information as well as general Working Solutions procedural information
- Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information for large and/or ongoing projects
- Assist with agent scheduling when first starting new projects to ensure better retention of information and greater success rates of agents
- Provide additional preparation for active agents as needed, to help agents to succeed on projects and to ensure that Working Solutions clients are receiving superior quality performance
- Respond to preparation-related agent questions as needed; Provide encouragement and recognize accomplishments when appropriate
- Document and implement programs, processes and procedures as needed
- Provide results reporting to Working Solutions management and/or client as requested
Preferred Qualifications
- Education degree preferred, not required
- 3-5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience
- Knowledge of call center processes and techniques a huge plus
