The ideal candidate has proven success in business development, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships, particularly in the B2B or small business space. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential. Requirements

  • Proven success in business development, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships, ideally in B2B or small business space
  • You’re a natural connector who thrives in conversation, reads the room, and knows how to ask for the sale
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal—you’ll be representing us on calls, podcasts, and in DMs
  • Self-driven and accountable—you know how to manage your pipeline and move opportunities forward
  • Comfortable with CRMs, social platforms, and virtual tools like Zoom, Slack, Lead Dyno and Hubspot

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and key brand partners who reach small business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Convert interest into revenue through strategic outreach, personalized messaging, and strong follow-through
  • Host podcast conversations and virtual meetups to build rapport, share value, and nurture connections
  • Identify opportunities to promote our content and tools through aligned audiences and partner channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, partnerships) to align on messaging and optimize outreach
  • Own the full cycle of partnership development—from outreach to onboarding to driving results

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points if you’ve sold online services, SaaS, or educational products to entrepreneurial or small business audiences
