E-Learning Design Specialist

Summary

Join American Medical Compliance (AMC) as an E-Learning Design Specialist and work from home designing and developing engaging e-learning modules. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, utilize various multimedia tools, and apply instructional design principles to create effective online learning solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of instructional design and a passion for creating impactful e-learning experiences. This is a permanent, work-from-home position with weekend offs, a great company culture, and no micromanagement. A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning or instructional design is required, along with proficiency in e-learning authoring tools. The position requires a willingness to work a graveyard shift.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-learning design or instructional design
• Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Amenable to working in a graveyard shift

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and edit engaging e-learning modules using a variety of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy
• Incorporate multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning engagement and effectiveness
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective and interactive learning experiences
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of e-learning courses and make necessary revisions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate Rise 360)
