Electronics Assembler I

Summary

Join our team as an Assembly Technician where you will work among experienced team members assembling products for our customers. No experience is necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• None required, training will be provided. Experience in manufacturing or hands on work preferred
• Experience in soldering is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and comply with high quality standards
• Good work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing production priorities
• Basic mathematic knowledge
• Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Must be able to understand written work instructions and drawings for a wide range of products to properly assemble and test the final product to the highest of quality standards and with zero scrap or rework
• Assemble components and products of varying size and complexity that includes cleaning, inspecting and testing of components and assemblies
• Meets the expected assembly timelines that are outlined on the production orders
• Remain focused on the production orders and assembly responsibilities throughout the day and ask questions when instructions are not understood or clear
• Must maintain a safe and clean working environment through compliance with procedures, policies and regulations
• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
• Performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
• Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
