Requirements

  • Have a proven track record in designing and executing successful email marketing campaigns, creating effective lead nurturing strategies, and developing high-converting landing pages
  • Possess expertise in managing workflows and automations in ActiveCampaign to optimize customer journeys

Responsibilities

  • Design monthly email newsletters, lead nurturing automations, and landing pages tailored to the needs of up to five locations. Ensure designs are engaging, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for conversion
  • Develop and implement workflows and automations in ActiveCampaign for lead nurturing and monthly special campaigns. Configure automation sequences to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
  • Plan and execute comprehensive campaigns for semi-annual sales and Black Friday. This includes creating compelling landing pages, interactive forms, and intricate automations to maximize campaign effectiveness across platforms
  • Design and develop email newsletters and landing pages in alignment with the marketing calendar and campaign objectives
  • Set up and optimize workflows and automations using ActiveCampaign to effectively nurture leads and support various promotional activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for significant events such as semi-annual sales and Black Friday
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights aimed at continuous improvement
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and automation to incorporate innovative strategies into your campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Have experience in e-commerce or retail marketing
  • Have certifications in ActiveCampaign, Shopify, or related platforms
