The manager will be responsible for conducting demo calls, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, providing analytics and reporting, overseeing proposal development, and conducting monthly check-ins with clients. Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing B2B email marketing campaigns, with proven results in lead generation and client engagement
• Experience in client-facing roles, capable of leading conversations and negotiations with authority
• Strong ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to clients
• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English necessary to engage effectively with American CEOs and decision-makers
• Quick to learn new technologies and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs and industry trends

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with potential and existing clients, conducting demo calls to showcase the platform’s capabilities and persuade them to engage in services
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, tailoring strategies to client needs and market trends to maximize effectiveness
• Regularly review campaign performance, providing clients with detailed monthly reports on success rates, A/B testing results, and strategic insights to foster strong client relationships and retention
• Oversee the creation of post-call proposals and follow-ups, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with client expectations and needs
• Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to discuss results, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to improve satisfaction and service quality
