  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English necessary to engage effectively with American CEOs and decision-makers
  • Adaptability and Learning: Quick to learn new technologies and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Directly interact with potential and existing clients, conducting demo calls to showcase the platform’s capabilities and persuade them to engage in services
  • Email Campaign Management: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, tailoring strategies to client needs and market trends to maximize effectiveness
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly review campaign performance, providing clients with detailed monthly reports on success rates, A/B testing results, and strategic insights to foster strong client relationships and retention
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of post-call proposals and follow-ups, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with client expectations and needs
  • Customer Retention: Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to discuss results, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to improve satisfaction and service quality
