Email Deliverability Specialist

Summary

Join our team as an Email Deliverability Specialist and work with us on a full-time basis from anywhere in Mexico. You will analyze and optimize outbound email campaigns, report on deliverability metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve email deliverability.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a similar role with solid business acumen and presentation skills
• Solid experience in email marketing and a track record in email deliverability
• Background in supporting outbound sales and data analysis is considered an asset
• Experience with sales funnel and CRM platforms is considered an asset
• Knowledge of email regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, is required
• Experience with Outbound email tools and Data Studio is considered an asset
• A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset
• Must be detail oriented, creative and have a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
• As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, great time management and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize outbound email campaigns
• Proactively mine and perform outbound email analysis, reporting findings to key stakeholders and clients
• Report on deliverability metrics
• Identify and resolve email deliverability issues
• Perform deliverability testing and A/B testing
• Create outbound email templates and main template library
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve email deliverability
