Summary
Join We Are Rosie as an Email Developer/Coder for a 3-6 month contract (with potential extension) working remotely, supporting clients in the CST timezone. This role focuses on building high-performing email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and CRM platforms like HubSpot and Braze. You will code responsive email templates, manage campaigns, conduct rigorous testing, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with marketing teams, analyze performance metrics, and maintain a template library. The position requires strong HTML/CSS skills, experience with HubSpot and Braze, and familiarity with email testing tools. Flexible hours are offered, and benefits are available.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and email-specific coding practices, including media queries and responsive design
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Braze (or similar platforms) for email development and deployment
- Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) to ensure cross-client compatibility
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and accessibility guidelines
- Experience with dynamic and personalized email content using CRM automation tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret email campaign performance data
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Code responsive and dynamic email templates using HTML and CSS, ensuring compatibility across email clients and devices
- Develop and manage email campaigns within CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot and Braze, leveraging dynamic content and automation tools
- Conduct rigorous testing and QA of email templates using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid to ensure flawless rendering and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in email templates, ensuring adherence to email development best practices and industry standards
- Work closely with marketing teams to implement email strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Analyze email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) to provide technical insights and recommendations for optimization
- Maintain a library of reusable, scalable email templates and components to support campaign efficiency
- Stay updated on the latest email development trends, tools, and CRM features to continuously improve processes
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., AMPscript or JavaScript for emails)
