Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, and Engagement
  • Hands-on experience working with ESPs (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, etc) and building emails and email campaigns
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Product Marketing, Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, Customer Success

Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize customer communications across various lifecycle stages to drive conversion and engagement
  • Manage multi-channel engagement campaigns to support GTM and re-engagement strategies for key products and features
  • Analyze email campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to further improve CRM efforts
  • Grow customer segmentation and targeting capabilities to further scale automation campaigns
  • Drive and track A/B testing plans that optimize the customer experience and generate incremental conversions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to deliver compelling and personalized communications to customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Start-up experience a plus
  • Multi-channel communications experience (email, push, SMS)
  • HTML/CSS abilities
  • Experienced in liquid coding for dynamic content and personalization
