Summary

The Marketing Associate at ShopBack will support the marketing team in day-to-day campaign execution, manage platforms via internal tools, and possess data analysis skills, good communication skills, strong time management skills, and a growth mindset. The role involves managing CRM strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing targeting and messaging, driving process improvements, and leveraging customer data for insights.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of at least 1 - 3 years of experience in project management/marketing/operations within an e-commerce / tech industry
• Strong skills and proper use of Google Suite (ie Docs, Slides, Sheets) or equivalent (Excel/Powerpoint/Doc)
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicate clear solutions to complex problems

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of day-to-day CRM strategies and activities through channels including email, app push notifications, and in-app pop-ups
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives and commitments are achieved
• Own the CRM marketing calendar execution - working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure frequency & targeting is both optimised and within guidance
• Continuously monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimise targeting, messaging, and creative
• Leverage customer data and insights to identify winning strategies in segmentation, personalisation, and conversion
• Drive projects to improve workflow processes and efficiency to help the business scale its operations
