Summary

A digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Email & SMS Specialist with proficiency in Klaviyo to develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies, collaborate with team members, analyze campaign data, and manage vendor relationships. The remote position requires 6+ years of email marketing experience and expertise in Klaviyo or similar platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as an email marketing specialist in an agency environment
• Expert with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS marketing platforms (3+ years)
• Expertise in email and SMS fundamentals: segmentation, list growth, data management, touchpoint mapping, KPIs, etc
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and compliance requirements
• Strong A/B testing experience and data-driven decision-making skills
• Knowledgeable in building out loyalty/rewards programs
• Strong project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective email and SMS marketing strategies tailored to clients' unique needs
• Leverage Klaviyo's platform capabilities to create, send, and analyze email and SMS campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to ongoing campaign recommendations
• Analyze campaign data and user behavior to refine strategies
• Liaise with clients to understand brand voice, objectives, and KPIs
• Provide clean and comprehensive reports showcasing campaign performance
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry best practices, regulatory guidelines, and privacy regulations
• Manage email deliverability
• Define email & SMS KPIs and oversee analysis and competitive benchmarking

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CPG and Shopify is desired
