You will collaborate closely with various teams to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue goals. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B marketing experience in EMEA, particularly in SaaS, cybersecurity, or mission-critical software. Mattermost offers a remote-first work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in EMEA, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or mission-critical software
  • Proven experience in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Highly adaptable to changing priorities and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, focusing on partner programs, account-based marketing (ABM), paid media, digital marketing, and regional events
  • Work closely with the EMEA sales team to provide marketing support, create localized collateral, and ensure alignment with go-to-market priorities
  • Work with Event Marketing leader to plan and execute regional events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner-led activities to drive engagement with key accounts
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of Mattermost
  • Ensure marketing materials, case studies, and messaging are adapted to resonate with EMEA audiences and address local regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the measurement of the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI
  • Drive Mattermostโ€™s thought leadership in mission-critical communications through PR, analyst relations, and content marketing in key EMEA regions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and EMEA system integrators
  • Familiarity with EMEA capture strategies and government procurement processes
