Summary

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of experience leading teams
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Employer Branding
  • Be passionate about creating and executing strategies that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Have a knack for optimizing workflows and making processes run smoothly
  • Be comfortable diving into data from surveys, feedback, and performance metrics to make well-informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Have successfully led complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing the big picture with daily tasks
  • Know how to hit deadlines while keeping things on track and exceeding expectations
  • Be fluent in both Polish and English (C1+), with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and cultures, ensuring clarity and understanding wherever you go
  • Be highly proficient with MS Office and have experience working with Employee Experience tools (like Teamflect or similar), using technology to make processes more efficient and impactful

Responsibilities

  • Manage, guide and motivate a great team focused on Employee Experience and Administration
  • Drive results by delegating tasks and optimizing processes
  • Create and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement, enhance company culture, and improve onboarding
  • Organize internal events to strengthen connections while staying updated on market trends to introduce innovative Employee Experience solutions
  • Lead the implementation of authentic Employer Branding initiatives that reflect our values and showcase real employee experiences, both inside and outside the company
  • Champion CSR initiatives, such as charity drives, eco-friendly actions, and community engagement, to highlight our commitment to making a positive impact
  • Oversee internal communication, ensuring clear, effective messaging across teams and channels
  • Optimize administrative processes, manage office operations, and negotiate with suppliers, and ensure smooth business operations
