Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local requirements
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally and discreetly
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employment laws, policies, and best practices to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies, programs, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with HR and legal partners to ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending appropriate actions
- Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance managers' and employees' understanding of employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development
- Partner with HR and other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee relations matters, staying current with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

Benefits
- Base Salary $90,000 — $120,000 USD
