Employee Relations Manager

Summary

Join PosiGen as the Manager of Employee Relations and cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment. This key leadership role involves managing complex employee relations issues, developing strategic programs, and providing guidance to managers and employees. You will conduct thorough investigations, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with HR and legal partners. The position requires strong conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role is primarily remote with occasional office travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local requirements
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally and discreetly
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employment laws, policies, and best practices to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Develop and implement employee relations strategies, programs, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
• Collaborate with HR and legal partners to ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending appropriate actions
• Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance managers' and employees' understanding of employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development
• Partner with HR and other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert on employee relations matters, staying current with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

Benefits

• Base Salary $90,000 — $120,000 USD
• Remote work, flexible hours
