- Aptitude to develop a good understanding of the marketing and customer relationship management systems that risr/ use, to deliver on the responsibilities of the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the in-region marketing lead/business development people to create and schedule communications for internal and external events
- Coordinate event registrations for risr/ team members attending external events and customer registrations for risr/ hosted events
- Carry out event space and required equipment bookings
- Ensure the production and distribution of print materials and giveaway items for events
- Create and maintain clear and detailed event information in the risr/ CRM
- Plan and deliver internal events, such as risr/ user groups and community days for risr/ customers across all regions in collaboration with the customer success teams
- Managing the data from leads in ActiveCampaign
- Collate content for and deliver the regular risr/ team newsletter
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to coordinate nurturing campaigns that support the Business Development and Marketing drives. Carry out pre and post-event campaign activities
- Use the risr/ CRM and ActiveCampaign to provide metrics for customer and prospect engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, events or an associated role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a demonstrable ability to generate innovative ideas
- Detail-oriented with proven organisational and project management skills
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles, techniques and best practices
