Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years marketing experience, preferably in event coordination, email marketing, and demand generation programs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in tools such as GoogleSuite, Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Creative and flexible mindset with a knack for sourcing unique swag and developing innovative campaigns
  • Willingness to travel and support in-person events as needed (around 20%)
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, logistics, and execution of in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, virtual summits, and field events
  • Communicate with customers, prospects, and various Simpplr stakeholders to coordinate presentations and travel logistics
  • Manage vendor relationships, source and order branded swag, and oversee post-event follow-up communications
  • Travel to support on-site event execution as needed, around 20%
  • Assist in building and refining marketing processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Help manage marketing tools, track performance metrics, and ensure data accuracy in systems such as CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Collaborate with the team to craft engaging email nurture campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention
  • Work on creative projects that include sourcing and managing branded materials, such as swag and digital assets
  • Develop ideas for unique and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Support the creation of engaging social media content aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Help organize team meetings, marketing calendars, and project management workflows
  • Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks to keep projects on track

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with crafting and managing email nurture campaigns is a plus
