Summary

Join Airtable as an Engagement Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping how customers realize value from the platform post-sale. Lead the services value proposal process, ensuring customer confidence in Airtable's ability to deliver impactful business outcomes. Leverage AI, drive innovation in project scoping, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the Strat East region. Design and implement standardized project scoping templates and processes using AI. Develop and deliver training materials for sales teams. Improve scope accuracy by leveraging AI to extract data insights. Reduce dependency on delivery resources in scoping through collaboration. Own the design and execution of implementation plans. Coordinate with Partner Managers and manage deals to ensure successful project delivery. Meet scoping SLAs, attach rates, and PS & Premium Support bookings targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a services sales role within SaaS
  • Experience in delivery and working with partners
  • Strong discovery, scoping, contracting, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in leveraging AI within a sales or services context
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Program management and PSA (Professional Services Automation) experience
  • Background in software sales
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Results-driven, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement standardized project scoping templates and processes using AI
  • Create and maintain documentation to support resource allocation decisions across partners and services
  • Develop and deliver training materials for sales teams on services and partner value propositions, customer outcomes, and services offerings
  • Improve scope accuracy by leveraging AI to extract data insights from Kantata, SOWs, and the Partner Portal
  • Reduce dependency on delivery resources in scoping through collaboration with presales, Airtable experts, and AI tools
  • Own the design and execution of implementation plans for internal services and co-delivery scopes
  • Coordinate with Partner Managers and manage deals to ensure successful project delivery
  • Meet scoping SLAs, attach rates, and PS & Premium Support bookings targets
