Join ELEKS as an Engagement Manager/Enterprise Engagement Manager and lead the entire bidding process, from initial lead identification to final proposal submission. Based in Germany, Poland, or Croatia, this full-time role involves overseeing timely proposal delivery, managing bid budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with RFP guidelines. You will refine bid strategies, manage client relationships, and lead the pre-sales team. The position requires strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 4+ Years in Bid/Proposal Management
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level (written and spoken)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the timely delivery of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to the highest quality standards
- Manage bid budgets
- Optimize resources
- Ensure strict compliance with RFP guidelines
- Refine our bid strategies by monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Act as the point of contact during presales, managing stakeholder expectations
- Craft tailored presentations and offers that align with client needs and company standards
- Lead the presales team and ensure thorough preparation for proposals
- Lead the presales team, selecting the optimal project approach, business model (fixed-price, dedicated team, T&M), and ensuring thorough preparation for proposals
- Address client RFI/RFP questions and provide required vendor information, following guidelines on ELEKSโ financial and legal disclosures
- Lead the creation of high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements, addressing all vendor selection criteria and client-specific needs
- Identify and address risks within the engagement process, future client collaboration, and project-specific concerns
- Manage discovery or audit projects for enterprise clients, acting as PM and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
- Organize and document lessons learned from both won and lost opportunities to continuously improve engagement processes
- Contribute to best practices for engagement with enterprise accounts, working closely with ELEKS business development teams to convert leads into active projects
- Follow ELEKSโ sales process, ensuring transparency with internal stakeholders (Financial, Legal, and Delivery departments) during presales
