Summary

Join ModSquad's network of Mod Contractors and work from home on flexible schedules, assisting customers with top-tier brands. You'll guide customers, solve concerns, and help them optimize product or service use. Projects are available now, with more on the horizon. The hourly rate is discussed during the interview, and a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week for 90 days is required. A Chromebook is not sufficient for these projects. This opportunity excludes individuals residing in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.

Requirements

• Have an Engagement Moderation background
• Complete application thoroughly with grammatically correct and comprehensive responses
• Commitment of 5 hours per week for 90 days
• Not residing in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers to the right answers
• Solve concerns
• Be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
