Engineering Manager

Summary

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing engineering teams, either directly or as a tech lead
• Staff-level (IC6+) engineering experience prior to shifting into a management role
• Experience building high-performing teams and hiring A+ talent
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver new product features rapidly
• Voracious learner. Wants to grow, master their craft, self actualize
• Motivated by and extremely passionate about our mission
