Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role in AI, IoT, or connected systems projects
- Proven experience managing client relationships and navigating stakeholder expectations
- Strong technical background in AI/ML (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and/or IoT platforms (e.g., Azure IoT, AWS IoT, embedded systems)
- Solid understanding of scalable architectures, MLOps/DevOps practices, and cloud-native solutions
- Ability to read, write, and discuss technical documentation with confidence
- Strong analytical and consultative skills to identify impactful opportunities
- Agile mindset, always focused on delivering real value fast
- Conflict resolution skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Fluent English (MANDATORY)

Responsibilities
- Understanding the business and technical objectives of AI and IoT projects
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget
- Maintaining proactive and transparent communication with clients, helping them understand the potential of smart technologies
- Supporting the team during key client interactions and solution presentations
- Designing intelligent architectures that connect devices, analyze data in real time, and generate actionable insights
- Collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and embedded systems experts to align solutions with client needs
- Ensuring the quality and scalability of deliverables across edge and cloud environments
- Analyzing system performance and recommending improvements using data-driven insights
- Providing hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to your team and clients when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data pipelines, sensor integration, edge computing, or real-time analytics is a big plus
