Engineering Manager

Summary

Join Grupo QuintoAndar, a leading real estate tech company in Latin America, as a Salesforce Engineering Manager. Lead the implementation of a centralized Salesforce solution across the Classifieds Business Unit. This key role combines Salesforce architecture, project management, and cross-functional team coordination. You will design and implement a subscription sales funnel, drive Salesforce adoption, lead a team of analysts and consultants, and ensure robust integrations. Present project outcomes to senior management and manage the Salesforce budget. This is a remote position based in Brazil requiring fluency in English.

Requirements

• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce sales funnels at large companies
• Strong track record producing reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
• Project management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an end-to-end subscription sales funnel in Salesforce, ensuring each step is fully integrated to maximize lead conversion and data tracking
• Lead discovery, architectural design, and implementation efforts
• Drive Salesforce adoption across the sales team, enabling self-service dashboards and automations to make Salesforce the single source of truth
• Lead a team of internal functional analysts and external consultants, managing the project backlog based on business priorities
• Ensure all Salesforce integrations are robust, scalable, secure, and well documented
• Partner with business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure efficient platform performance aligned with company goals
• Present key project outcomes and insights to senior management
• Manage the Salesforce budget efficiently, including licenses, modules, and vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications
