Requirements

  • 5 yrs of successful SaaS sales experience
  • A track record of exceeding quota and growing a territory
  • Experience in managing and negotiating deals in excess of $250K
  • Ability to accurately forecast and manage sales metrics
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of the organization, including Executives within and outside of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Drive and own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying targeted Enterprise accounts to closing business opportunities across the assigned territory
  • Prospect and identify leads, leveraging personal networks, and partnering closely with Marketing and SDRs
  • Work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals to grow the ActivTrak footprint
  • Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of deals, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success teams for the execution of PoCs and seeing through the implementation and testing
  • Become a subject matter expert, representing ActivTrak in your target industry sector(s)
  • Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Forecast accurately and know how to navigate customers through a purchasing process
