Summary
Join Arcade's growing GTM team as a Sales Executive and partner with the CEO and Head of Sales to significantly boost sales. You will be responsible for closing large, multi-stakeholder deals, leading outbound sales strategies, navigating complex sales cycles, and collaborating with product and leadership teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape product direction and contribute to Arcade's next phase of growth. The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of closing substantial deals, and strong outbound sales skills. While a hybrid work environment in San Francisco is preferred, it's not mandatory. The role presents a chance to become a team lead as the team expands.
Requirements
- 4β6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of consistently closing $50K+ deals
- Deep outbound muscle β you know how to prospect and win without a safety net
- Familiarity with challenger or consultative sales frameworks
- Comfort operating independently in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Own and close large, multi-stakeholder deals ($50Kβ$200K+ ACV)
- Lead outbound strategy and execution β no BDR hand-holding here
- Navigate complex sales cycles and consensus-driven buying processes
- Work cross-functionally with product and leadership as we expand our AI product line
- Act as a strategic advisor and challenge customer thinking to drive urgency and impact
