Summary
Join Ceros as an Enterprise Account Executive and contribute to the growth of our client base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will focus on expanding our presence within existing accounts and closing deals in new divisions. This role involves proactive prospecting, strategic relationship building, conducting proof of concepts, and managing the full sales lifecycle. You will need to develop organizational maps and account plans, possess expert product knowledge, and manage a rolling sales pipeline. The position is remote within the US and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years closing sales of >$50K ARR
- Experience selling into global organizations
- SaaS sales experience
- Ability to communicate at an executive level
- Experience selling marketing or creative software
- A strong network in the content creation space
- HubSpot or Salesforce usage
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential opportunities within existing client accounts through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, networking)
- Utilize techniques and tools to gather information on potential leads within current client organizations
- Engage in conversations with stakeholders to understand their needs and position Ceros as a solution
- Independently run effective meetings with C-suite executives
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships within client organizations to facilitate expansion opportunities
- Work with Growth Account Managers to run POCs, identifying success criteria and ensuring prospects understand Ceros' value
- Gather feedback from POCs to refine offerings and align with client needs
- Develop comprehensive organizational maps identifying key stakeholders and influencers
- Build actionable and strategic account plans (3-12 months)
- Have a complete command of the Ceros Suite and offer expert insights on its benefits
- Manage the full lifecycle of upsell and cross-sell deals (prospecting to deal execution)
- Support strategic renewals with upsell opportunities
- Manage a rolling pipeline, tracking and progressing potential opportunities
- Act as a liaison for customer and prospect feedback, relaying information to business and product owners
