Summary

The job is for an Echo360 Enterprise Account Executive. The role involves identifying and winning new accounts, expanding Echo360 penetration across products and areas within existing accounts, and achieving personal sales quota. The position is fully remote and open to candidates in many but not all states within the United States.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful sales experience with demonstrated expertise in technology sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Willingness/availability to travel (up to 50% of the year)
  • Consultative selling and time management skills
  • Experience selling into Education markets, specifically Higher Ed
  • Experience selling SaaS EdTech, particularly video, audience engagement, and/or assessment software
  • Fluency with CRM tools including SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and build strategic relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, from lead identification to close
  • Ability to present and demo new product concepts
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive, high-performance work environment
  • Ability to meet the needs of the customer within the business objectives of Echo360

Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new accounts (new logo)
  • Expand Echo360 penetration across products and areas within existing accounts
  • Develop account strategies, goals, objectives, and action plans for assigned accounts and/or territories
  • Remain knowledgeable regarding competitive and industry trends
  • Manage and achieve personal sales quota
  • Prospect and generate interest through web demonstrations, on-site visits, conferences
  • Work with broader NA sales team to reach company goals
  • Track sales activities in the CRM system and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Help establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including identifying and developing potential faculty advocates
  • Collaborate with Echo360 sales/success teams to implement strategies for increasing sales
  • Responsible for weekly sales forecasting and periodic review of sales performance
  • Identify decision-makers and understand key product selection criteria
