Summary

Join Emtrain, a woman-founded and women-led company with a mission to create healthy and respectful workplaces, as a remote Sales Executive based in the Bay Area. Emtrain is launching a next-generation technology solution and needs talented individuals to join its growing team. This role focuses on outbound sales targeting Workday clients, requiring expertise in Emtrain's products and effective sales pipeline management. You will conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos, while meeting revenue goals. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly within the enterprise market, and excels in complex sales processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS point solutions to mid-market/enterprise customers
  • Several years of experience working for a startup and/or growth-stage company selling to enterprise/Fortune 1000
  • Successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes
  • New-logo hunter background, not account management
  • Experience with multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder sales motions
  • Conversational intelligence about enterprise software value propositions
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Focus on full lifecycle outbound sales targeting of Workday clients
  • Become an expert on Emtrain’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Excellent ability to properly qualify prospects to maximize an efficient sales pipeline
  • Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements as needed
  • Build and leverage relationships with our partners to ensure introductions are made to Emtrain
  • Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Manage inbound leads for SF based prospects
