Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a sharp and ambitious sales professional to focus on full lifecycle outbound sales targeting Workday clients. This role requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a successful background in complex sales processes, and experience selling to enterprise-level customers. You will be responsible for conducting discovery calls, presentations, and demos, managing inbound leads, and meeting revenue goals. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS point solutions to mid-market/enterprise customers
- Several years of experience working for a startup and/or growth-stage company selling to enterprise/Fortune 1000
- Successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes
- New-logo hunter background, not account management
- Experience with multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder sales motions
- Conversational intelligence about enterprise software value propositions
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Focus on full lifecycle outbound sales targeting of Workday clients
- Become an expert on Emtrainβs products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Excellent ability to properly qualify prospects to maximize an efficient sales pipeline
- Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements as needed
- Build and leverage relationships with our partners to ensure introductions are made to Emtrain
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Manage inbound leads for SF based prospects
