Summary

HappyCo is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the multifamily, property management, or real estate industry. The role involves selling to C-Level Executives and meeting quotas while learning about prospects' current problems and establishing how HappyCo products can help solve them.

Requirements

  • A strong sales methodology with 3-5 years' experience selling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience closing deals greater than $100K
  • Experience selling to C-Level Executives and/or prospects that have 5,000-35,000 units

Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet quotas, company goals, and client expectations
  • Help clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and consistently meet project deadlines laid out by the client

Preferred Qualifications

Multifamily, property management, or real estate industry experience, preferably
