Summary
Join Rasa as an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive and play a key role in our rapidly expanding sales team. You will delve into client business needs, align them with Rasa's platform, showcase its advantages, and deliver significant business value to executives. This role involves managing the sales process for Global 2000 clients, understanding Rasa's cross-industry applications, and navigating complex deal cycles. As a startup, flexibility and adaptability are essential. You will own your go-to-market strategy, build client relationships, guide customers through product adoption, and consistently meet revenue targets. Collaboration with the customer success team and providing product feedback are also crucial aspects of this position. The role is full-time, 100% remote (with travel as needed), and based in the New York Metropolitan Area.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales; enterprise software preferred
- A proven track record of selling large deals to Global 2000 enterprises (top 10% performance)
- Selling a technical solution and matching it to business value. Understanding a technical solution at a certain level
- Have carried and hit quota of >$1.0M in previous positions
- Have closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets
- Demonstrated the ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Have the ability to create and maintain relationships from user to executive
- Have a creative hunter mentality with a passion for customer success
- Are ready to meet customers and prospects across Europe
- You are located in New York
Responsibilities
- Own your GTM strategy engaging with marketing, BDR, and other functions to achieve consistent pipeline generation
- Build and own the relationship with the customer
- Educate, evangelize, and guide our customers from PoC to successful adoption of Rasa
- Drive and prove technical capabilities and business value of Rasaβs platform
- Forecast and manage your sales activity and pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets
- Work closely with our customer success team and develop new opportunities for our existing customers
- Collect and deliver customer feedback to the product team

Knowledge and experience with open source, machine learning and AI assistants
