Summary

This hunter role focuses on outbound activities to identify, source, and close ideal customer prospects, contributing to Smartcat's impressive revenue growth. You will manage the sales cycle, meet or exceed quarterly ARR targets, and consistently achieve monthly KPIs. The position requires significant SaaS sales experience with large enterprises and a proven track record of success. Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS sales selling into executives of large enterprises
- Strong track record of actively prospecting into new business opportunities
- Solid sales fundamentals, business & sales acumen
- Excellent communication skills to navigate colleague, customer, and partner interactions
- A clear, in-depth understanding of our product vision and strategy. We are building a market network for the global translation industry, something nobody has done before us
- A data-driven approach to business. You need to be ready to let the numbers measure success
- The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR targets with large enterprise clients with significant translation spend
- Manage and own the sales cycle from qualification to close
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs: pipeline generation, deal velocity and progression towards quota attainment
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers through outbound sales and territory development, as well as running Inbound MQLs through our established sales process
- Drive complex deals from initial contact, all the way through to close within a fast paced sales environment
- Connect and consult with inbound leads and marketing generated opportunities
- Prepare and present software demos with prospects and guide them through the buying process
- Conduct outbound activities on companies that have expressed interest and have started trial accounts; find new users from orgs to call into using tools like LinkedIn, Zoominfo and Hubspot sequences. Follow similar activities on accounts where we have open deals and are showing high buying intent & signals. Track and show progress weekly
- Leverage sales automation tools to track sales activities
- Sell to key decision makers (Directors and VPs)
- Leverage your past experience to communicate our mission of transforming the global translation industry
