Requirements
- Proven Sales Expertise: 7+ years of demonstrated success in a $1M+ quota-carrying B2B SaaS Enterprise sales role, with a focus on enterprise sales and a track record of exceeding targets
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective rapport building, influencing key decision-makers, and delivering persuasive presentations
- Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans, anticipating market trends, and identifying new business opportunities
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to shape sales strategies and evaluate performance effectively
- Industry Experience: Direct experience selling to Insurance, Metaverse, AI, Real Estate, and Construction industries, with a deep understanding of their unique needs
- Consistent Success: A proven track record of surpassing sales goals and earning recognition as a top-performing sales professional
- MEDDPICC Methodology: Practical experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology to drive results in complex sales cycles
Responsibilities
- Drive Enterprise Growth: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries (insurance, metaverse, AI, real estate, construction), while expanding and retaining existing accounts. Achieve revenue growth targets through full-cycle sales activities, from initial outreach to contract closure
- Excel the Complex Sale: Successfully manage intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring timely progression through the sales pipeline and closing high-value deals that contribute to Spexi's growth objectives
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and key influencers to create new opportunities, measure partner-driven lead generation, and expand Spexi’s presence within target markets
- Deliver as a Trusted Advisor : Conduct thorough customer needs assessments and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives, consistently demonstrating Spexi’s value as a strategic partner that empowers data-driven innovation
- Champion Spexi’s Vision: Communicate Spexi’s vision with clarity and impact, showcasing how our technology transforms enterprise operations and drives innovation. Inspire clients by highlighting opportunities for groundbreaking advancements in their industries through engaging presentations, tailored demonstrations, and thought leadership initiatives
